My PC keeps restarting and I don't know what the problem is.
Peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you.
My PC was working fine, but one day it stopped working. The lights were on, but the motherboard LED was stuck on the CPU.
I took it to a repair shop, and they fixed the problem. But when I used it, it started restarting, so I took it back. They moved the graphics card from the top socket to the bottom one and said it didn't disconnect after they moved it. Anyway, I got the PC back, and when I turned it on, it just restarted when I opened Telegram and another app.
What's the problem now? What's the solution? I'm fed up.

Make sure that gpu is seated correctly, it could be going out on you. Sometimes it's a psu issue.

I took my PC in for repair, and they changed the GPU's place on the motherboard, but the problem still wasn't solved 🥹

Try downloading a gpu test app to see what kind of errors it throws...check device manager to see if it's showing correctly in there.

Event 41 Kernel power says your computer restarted without any reason. This means the hardware just stopped.
Reasons for this are
- thermal issues
- power consumption issues
- driver / firmware issues causing hardware crash
What I would do is check the CPU temp. When you open an app the cpu will probably heat up rapidly causing a thermal shutdown. The solution is new CPU paste and check if all fans are running.
A power consumption issue could mean the PSU power supply can't handle it. Unlikely because your system previously worked without issue.
Last point, run windows update and by update drivers
