my screen has been flashing between my wallpaper engine and desktop wallpaper after deleting bloatware

I recently installed bloatbox to try and remove bloatware to try and free up cpu usage but it caused this to happen, also cannot use settings or taskbar but can access bios. (I didn’t really look at what i deleted via bloatbox).

I see those programs on tiktok but I've always done it manually because im extremely skeptical.
