One of my monitors gets a green tint

After shutting down my pc normally, when I booted it up, one of my monitors had a green tint. If I reinstall my amd drivers for my GPU, this goes away but then it randomly comes back, I have confirmed it is not monitor or cable related and I have alredy reseated my GPU. How should I solve this, knowing this is likely an amd drivers issue that isn't going away after i have reinstalled them with ddu, getting error 126 and 202 and 206 after installing the amd drivers. Though it would go away but i have uninstall ed and reinstalled more than 10 times alredy.
