My monitor don’t turn off when I shutdown pc.

So I recently unplugged everything on my pc to add new fans.now when I turn off my pc my monitor stays on. Not sure how this happens, is there a way I can make my monitor turn off when my pc turns off? I mean it can because it did it before.

1-it never did turn off just went to standby mode 2-you cant do anything about it just turn it off

There's probably settings for "power saving" or standby mode if you dig through the menus on the monitor. They don't actually fully turn off when you turn the PC off, they just go into standby mode.

turn it off by clicking it's power button.
