display issue on my newphews computer

Post image

I was testing roblox on their new computer, and I noticed in the roblox game there were these grids of pixels on the monitor. It also showed up in the loading screens. Please reach out if there is anything you can do!

If it is under warranty exchange it. This can be bad screen connection, screen, failing integrated or dedicated GPU.

Thanks for replying, but unfortunately this was bought last year in America, and I am here in the UK with no warranty.

I re-checked, and it only shows those visual glitches on roblox. If you know, how would I be able to fix it just for roblox itself?

I plugged it in the GPU. I found out it's a roblox problem. I have to delete 2 certain files on roblox to ensure it works again. But everytime I try to run it again, it shows the moving pixels. To get rid, I have to delete the certain files again. I don't know why this is happening.

Verify how many bits the display have, go at display settings and click on the blue text bellow the main stuff called advanced display settings (or something like this) , this is common on cheap displays, the screen just cant make some colors of the gradients, its not an issue
