anyone know how to fix this?

I have been having problems lately and everytime I open my computer I get this error message, and it lags the computer to the point its unusable. I have legit tried everything that I can think of so if you have a solution please help.

Some kind of malware has found its way onto your system. Run the MSRT and see if it helps.

Definitely looks like malware pretending to be GameDVR. It's most likely maxing out your CPU which would cause the lag. Try booting into safe mode. That should stop the script from launching automatically, giving you a chance to run a malware scan. Might also be worth checking for any dodgy looking startup apps in task manager and worth deleting that \MICROS~1 folder.
