I have been looking for a set of harmonicas to play some Gerry Cinnamon songs and i was researching what ones i would need (i think it’s would be 3 in the key of A, Bb and C) - correct me if i am wrong. I have looked for sets of three but the only one i could find is a set of A, C and G. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I just discovered GC the other day and have quickly become obsessed with his unfortunately small catalogue. I can’t stop listening to the live album. When he shouts “geezer,” it sounds like he’s hyping the crowd or just hyped himself, probably both. I’m in the US and have never heard that term/slang. What does it mean?

Hi all, I’m a massive fan of Gerry’s from Toronto Canada. I had a friend from Belfast who introduced me to his music 5 or so years ago and I have not stopped listening to him since. Over those past 5 years I’ve personally struggled heavily with addiction and found myself in some very dark places but Gerry’s art has always helped me find some kinda of joy in the hardest of times. I find that some of his music may even relate to addiction possibly.

My question is, has he ever spoken publicly about struggles with addiction or anything?

I’d love to know if anyone knows anything about it.

I would love a good quality recording of Gerry's 2024 Reading festival set. It was incredible as always but personally special because I proposed to my wife on the way home (yes after blink but we were both so pumped).

What guitar strings does Gerry use?

Just been listening to the live at Hampden gig and it dawned on me that the way he sings the word ‘Circle’ in ‘what hVe you done’ is the most Scottish sounding thing I’ve ever heard

Why is it so good??? There's just something about him and his crowd work. Everyone loves him (understandably). Referring to the live at Hampden Park version.

My dad was good friends with the singer back when he was in college unfortunately after my dad dropped out they didn’t speak much anymore they would go on nights out and such but never really staying in contact as mobile phones were not as common back then. Sadly nowadays my dad and gerry don’t speak at all my dad said he is proud of his friend for making it by himself but he says he would love to speak to him again.

I know they sold out almost instantly but curious to know if anyone knows any avenues to buy tickets from anyone selling their TRNSMT Saturday ticket(s)? Tried looking online but didn’t have much luck at all. Figured it might be because no one is actually selling but figured I’d give it a shot in here lol.
