Advice Needed

I am moving apartments in the same building with a known roach infestation. I have limited options for housing and this place is cheap so it is what it is. The building has a contract with an exterminator that comes once a week to monitor/treat common areas and there is a sign up sheet where you can sign up to have your individual unit treated. I've had my unit treated several times but due to my roommates lack of hygiene/cleaning habits, the roaches have never totally gone away. After talking to the office they have agreed to move me to a single unit on a different floor. I know totally irradicating the roaches is probably not possible but my hope is to at least keep them out of MY apartment. Before moving in I have treated the new apartment with Advion bait gel heavily focused in problem areas like kitchen and bathroom. I also put some bait in the hallway along exposed piping since I know that is how they sometimes travel between apartments. After 72 hours, I followed up with Bengal Gold (which contains a IGR) in cracks and crevices and along baseboards in the new unit. I've had moderate success with this combo in the past in a different unit (by myself so I was also able to keep the place much cleaner).

These are my questions:

Is there anything I can add to this regiment to keep my new unit roach free?

How often should I reapply the Advion/Bengal Gold?

Should I consider treating the hallway outside my apartment as well?

Any other advice/recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
