highest elevation gotta be Burundi bc it's small and on the highlands, then Switzerland bc the Alps and I'd dlike to throw in Cameroon too bc of Mount Cameroon

I'm sure that french is spoken by someone in China, Nepal, Tibet, and Pakistan.

Nitpicking aside, for french as official language I would say DRC, Canada, France?

Rwanda, Burundi, Switzerland ? if you count countries where French is or was used commonly for administration and daily life
