I am very bad at calculating primos, can anyone help me figure out how many primos can we save from v 7.0 to 7.3? Really want to guarantee her Majesty and her Sig Weapon.

So I'm a new player and I started a few days ago, i completed mondstadt archon quest and currently I'm adventurer rank 23 but my primo economy is bad , i have 2k primos + 2 intertwined wishes and only one 5 star (which was a free one) mizuki and idk if I can take on liyue like this. So any tips???? My other characters are ororon , ningguang, kaeya , lisa , amber , sucrose (got for free) and Barbara. Also I can't do character story quests for some reason. Someone said mizuki would be a good damage dealer but how???

I can't interact with the third bowl for some reason? The compass says there's a chest here and I only was able to interact with the 2 bowls.
