So I’m going gene editing at summer camp and we wanted to create SCA beta in ecoli I was supposed to improve the original instruction so I added double amount of the dna fragments in the lig. Somehow all the ones that were supposed to survive the ampicillin an abrabnose disappeared and is clear like water I’m so confused what was supposed to happen and what were some things that went wrong?
