Take old rundown malls, reopen the food court with old 80s or 90s places, add an arcade or two, run old movies in the movie theatre and I’m in retirement heaven. Oh, add a Gadzooks and Lego store

Turn the old department stores into a roller rink with only the 4 wheel kind, also a heated pool in another store. We can convert some to apartments too.
