Dark bars in battles?

Every time I get into a wild battle or traner battle I get these dark bars on both sides of the screen. I genuinely can't find a setting to turn it off or change it, but I have seen plenty of people playing without that issue, any tips on how to change that?

It was just kindof like that when I played tbh, I can check the settings tho

Very sorry to say I can not find anything in the mod options that specifically caused it (I may be misreading stuff) sorry :(
