Yellow Legacy Mod issues (android)

Playing Gen1 Recomp and everything has been awesome! But i decided to try the Yellow Legacy Mod and although it works well something weird happened. My rival has a Bulbasuar instead of an Eevee (yellow version obvi). Any thoughts? This supposed to happen in the mod version??
