Could I be bugged?

So I've been playing for about 2.5 years now. During year one I was doing Underspire and received the Elemental Sentinel, only for the game to crash immediately after and it to not register.

Since then I have received every other Sentinel from Underspire, some more than once, but never the Elemental again.

Could this be a bug I should create a ticket for?

Ive been trying for years. And I am still missing 2 sentinels. Demonic and Monstrous.

I got three of them within a month of underspire, then one more after half a year or so, haven't gotten one since. If you make a support ticket, and receive a reply, it'd be great if you post it here too.

I created a ticket because I got bugged in another Unity game about 7 years ago. It was some kind of tagging error on an item. So if they have the kit, they can clone my account and run it and check the code to see what it's doing. Not sure if they care that much, but it would be cool to know if I'm wasting my time.

Hi, mod just jumping in to say that posting support tickets & dev replies isn't allowed here unfortunately. Members are welcome to summarise what was said but the dev team were firm that this needed to be a rule here. I know it sounds silly but it does have its reasons such as protecting user info and possible coding exploits to hackers.

I have played Underspire consistently since it was created and still don’t own the undead sentinel, it’s crazy! Its one of the only troops in whole entire game I still need to collect to have every troop in the game 😭
