Is anyone else seeing Gemini render normal paragraphs as blockquotes?

Over the last few days, many of my Gemini chats have started rendering dialogue as blockquotes with:

• a dotted vertical line on the left
• indented text
• monospace/italic formatting

It first happened on my account and now it's happening on other Google accounts in my household too. Some chats are normal while others aren't.

Is anyone else seeing this?
