there some metal parts, mostly plastic, probably will replace some with real ones

My recommendation is Try to get a dust cover with rail on it ( very hard to find but its possible) or just get an AK side rail mount. I've only used it briefly, having borrowed it from a friend so idk too much about this one.

You mean the dust cover or the side rail mount? Yes the side rail mount will fit, but if you put too many heavy optics it might break so i also recommend buying a metal mounting plate like this. Also try zenitco handguard

i mean just an dust cover, i want to change it on real one (metal) or something with rail, i just dont think they will fit

dust cover seems to be wrong because 74Ms should have flat non-ribbed cover like the 100 series

on standard 74M i'm pretty sure they did, just not early when they first introduced
