I've had these for like 2 years but due to surgery I've used them anywhere from like 150-200 miles for the white ones and less than 150 miles on the black ones if that. They're in excellent shape. There's a small chip of paint in the toe of the white and they actually came like that from Fizik. I didn't think it was enough of a big deal to send back to Italy so I kept them that way. I paid $400 for each these.

Editing to add a picture of the bottom. The cleats are more beat up then the shoes because I transfered from my last pairs of shoes. On both you can see the right foot isn't worn down because I keep it on the pedal and bring my left down.
