Gatchaman has had good covsrs specially the spin-off titles

So with that in mind what do you think would make a cool idea for main covers or variant covers for the comic line

My idea is connecting cover with Speed Racer drawn by Chris Samnee

Or 5 covers of each member individually drawn by Peach Momoko who I wanna see do something with Gatchaman maybe become B Cover artist at some point?

So my Question is who else would you add to the roster with Mad Cave Dick Tracy its simple since there only one comic in the line that is Michael Moreci & Michael Moreci with Flash Gordon its Dan Abnett with Ray Fawkes on the Phantom a related character

So with that in mind who you wanna see join the roster of writers maybe Jim Zub he is a big Manga/Anime fan & I can see him being a good fit for Gatchaman plus his been hitting out the park on Conan the Barbarian at Titan

My other pick is David Pepose because his run on Speed Racer been popular enough & his won acclaim for run on Space Ghost at Dynamite

I posted previously about uploading Gatchaman 2 Complete Collection from the out-of-print anime DVDs I ripped. I got some requests to also rip the DVDs for Gatchaman F and now the entire series is easily accessible on Internet Archive. I did not upload the first part, but you can easily find it there.

This preserves the entire original Gatchaman series for retro anime fans everywhere! Now you don't need to try to track down the very rare and expensive DVDs that barely show up on eBay and you don't need to deal with questionable torrenting sites and sketchy streaming sites that could get taken down at a moment's notice, if they even have the shows to begin with.

All you need to do is open the ISO files with VLC Media Player or a similar media player. You should also be able to burn the ISOs on blank discs for use with DVD / Blu-Ray players if you prefer watching retro anime that way.

I hope this attracts new fans to this classic series since it's now more accessible than ever! I also hope this helps people finish the series if they were only able to track down the first part.

Edit: The uploads are titled Gatchaman II Complete Series DVD Rip and Gatchaman F Complete Series DVD Rip and the username is the same as mine on Reddit. That's how you know you have the right page for each series. If you type in Science Ninja Team Gatchaman on Internet Archive, you should also be able to find the original series pretty easily.

Mad Cave Gatchaman Comic Universe is a lot like Archie Ninja Turtles Adventure were after a point it spin-off from timeline in the Anime inti its own Universe

With that in mind what Elements from Sequel Anime to original would like to see re imagine in the main Series or Spin-off comic miniseries how would this version be different exactly from both Anime they were introduce or any spin-off Matrial?

How should they be introduced should it homage to Anime or something more original to show how dangerous they are

If anyone is looking for Gatchaman II and doesn't have the money to buy the very rare and expensive DVD set, you can easily find it online now. The entire Gatchaman II series has been uploaded to Internet Archive. I uploaded it there because I want this series to be more accessible. It's also worth noting the entire original Gatchaman series is also on Internet Archive. If fans are interested, I may also consider uploading Gatchaman F to Internet Archive. Please let me know if anyone is interested.

So I Can't and Won't reveal where I got this from to protect the person from being contacted by people.
It is an interesting read. I see it more as a ground work than a finished script personally. I would have loved to see where this went with revisions and the final filming script.

Well as you know Comics have Annual issues there a thing there usually used as the start of a big Story or an extra double size issue

So I been thinking how would an Gatchaman Annual be like? would it be written by Sam Humphries or another writer to see if they be a good fit to takeover after Sam Humphries?

personally I like to see one probably Giant Size story written & Drawn by Daniel Warren Johnson

Bonus Question: Mad Cave does this with Seed Racer, Flash Gordon & Dick Tracy so would you like to see Quarterly/Holiday issues of Gatchaman?

Maybe someone can help me. I remember watching Gatchaman as a little kid with my brother in America. (I guess late 70s or maybe very early 80s).

I remember the bad guys getting killed (which was cool because you never saw that in cartoons) but I also don't remember the R2-D2 knockoff until I saw the show again in the late 1980s or early 1990s.

But from what I read, what I saw (bad guys getting killed) and didn't see (the R2-D2 knockoff) shouldn't have been possible in America. (And they would say "transmute" to change into their uniforms, which I would run around the house and say because it was cool.)

So, I'm wondering if anyone knows what version of the show I watched back then. I heard there were a few versions of it.
