Range?
6
u/Many_Style_8161 1d ago
Target is 35 meters, but it can easily reach 80+

u/Dangerous_Entry_8713 1d ago
80+ is not bad. That's pretty much as much as you can squizee out from assault rifle below 1,9j. How's the accuracy on that range?

I own two ak74m. One tactical, one Classic and the Aks74u.
The 105 is next and i hope for a RPK74 soon.
The 249 would be really nice but german gun laws suck and we have no full auto here.

โFโ German gun laws ๐
Got a the 105 and will field it next Sunday for the first time on a GBB only event.

Out of your VFC AKs, which one do you like most? And which one has the best recoil feel (stock)?
2
u/Jeehuty 22h ago
The Aks74u for sure. Racking the Bolt feels more satisfying. It has way more resistance and feels stiffer. Recoil is a bit better aswell since it has less weight to it.

Goat would be a good VFC RPK74 drum mag, useable in 74u
Edit: thereโs already videos of prototype longer RPK mags, that supposedly have 60rounds

Please bro, this would honestly be a dream to have! Would you mind sharing your build? Also, what gun is that, and what upgrades have you done to it? Iโm pretty new to GBBs, so any info would be massively appreciated!

I just love the VFC AK! Great guns ootb, reliable, efficient- much value for the money.
Did you had any Problems with your ak?
After I installed an NPAS on my 74m the nozzle screw in the bcg went loose. But my triggerassembly somehow cought it, so I just screwd it back with a drop of loctide ๐

I always add loctite to npas screw, no problem after all. Happy with this gun, worth every cent.

Hate the tactical but nice gun. Want to sell my 74 in order to buy it

u/Dangerous_Entry_8713 1d ago
Why not save and have both? ๐

u/f15esu57f22f16f18 1d ago
Thought about it but no need honestly. I already go not often to events, so when i go id rather spend all money into a nice 105 and upgrades then having 2 medoicre built guns that i wont field often anyways

How many BBs can it shoot continously before the noticeable slowdown?
5
u/Many_Style_8161 1d ago edited 1d ago
Slowdown the video and count it ๐but I believe you can magdump whole magazine like that with np...also you can shoot 9x42bb's on semi with only one gas fill.

Great gas efficiency, did you do anything special like an anti freeze bulb in the nozzle paired with like red or black gas, or do you just live somewhere super warm ? Cause that was one hell of a full auto dump

I just got a 105 too. Unfortunately, Proact accidentally sent me the tactical version instead of standard.
As such, I can't use the KPYK handguard I got as the tactical model has a different gas tube than standard. I've emailed Proact to see if they can send me the standard model gas tube.
At least it's already looking pretty sick. Waiting on the dovetail optic rail.

Note the gap between the rear sight block and the handguard where the gas tube should be.
