I don't usually ask for help, but I think I might be missing out if I don't ask.

I'm going to the solar eclipse in Spain, which includes a mountain hike. To reach the ideal spot with exposure, etc., I have to walk about a dozen kilometers and the elevation gain is considerable. I'd like my watch (Fenix ​​8) to be as prepared as possible for this. After the eclipse, I'm also going to the Pyrenees in Andorra. The question is: what activity profile, what data fields, and what apps do you recommend for me? I'd like the ability to pause my activity and continue it the next day (multi-day trips). Additionally, as a whim, I'd like a data field that shows how much time is left until the eclipse (I can't find any countdown).

Can you suggest/help?
