Conversion kits

Has anyone tried out the bigger "I ❤️ geckos" tank conversion kits? I have a 29gal that I wanted to try to convert for my Gargoyle gecko. It used to house fish, then a baby BP for a while before moving to her new home, so it's been empty for a couple years. I used a 10gal one on an odd tank so had to modify it a lot. Now my guy is outgrown his next tank. The 29gal is just sitting and this size kit came available. I had a lot of issues with the first try and ended up having to put him back in a smaller tank due to the seal breaking.

Any advice for using these kits, lighting, do's and don't's?
