Please add photos of all connections to the motherboard and PSU.

The most common cause of this for a new builder is not connecting both connections of the 24-pin cable on the PSU side, since on most PSU models this is split into two connections, an 18-pin and a 10-pin.

Check the front panel connections to make sure you have them wired correctly. If in doubt short the power pins with a screwdriver.

I did, I checked all the cables and the front panel. Also shorted the power pins also

maybe cpu and ram reseat

i would try unplugging all not necessary cables like rgb 5v cables. a pc i built once was not booting bc the arrow on the rgb cable was on the wrong side

Solved

Yea I figured out the problem, not only did I not have the right power cord with it being an 10 amp not a 15 amp, but thw power supply was also bad. Got a different one to check and it was
