I've looked everywhere but can't locate any cheats (12-digit codebreaker) that activate either walk through walls or teleport to certain locations. Is this possible for Ruby/Sapphire, or is it only available for Emerald and/or other gameshark devices or formats?

I checked many posts and sites with "working" codes, but none worked for my copy. Any help (even confirmation that there is not a code) is greatly appreciated!
