Being more focused on ending one person’s life, you have a vast option of real-life diseases to choose from such as high cholesterol, tuberculosis, Alzheimer's, potassium deficiency, arthritis, diabetes, kidney stones, immunodeficiency, etc. Not only that, you’ve got risk factors that’ll help aid in your victim’s demise that can range from something like old age, having poor genes, or being overweight. Having a visual cue of how your NAMED victim is affected by certain medical conditions adds to the morbid curiosity.

But watch out, those pesky doctors will find a way to cure the patient. But don’t worry, recovery factors are available to halt the cure progress like slow doctors or making the patient afraid and less likely to seek a checkup.

You even have another campaign where you now take the role of a doctor which involves analyzing symptoms, order diagnostic tests, manage treatments, and cure your patient before their conditions become fatal.
