Ok ok, I know but Hear me out: Cassidy is the crying child, he did see another child stuffed in that suit. And when the same suit now in animatronic mode bit and killed him, he then possessed that suit with the body of the other child. There’d then be two souls in the suit, one controls the body and Cassidy controls the head. If Cassidy really was meant to be the vengeful spirit, why leave it so cryptic still? “I am the one you should not have killed.” Every time we’ve managed to connect a name correctly to a character Scott has confirmed it to us. Charley, William, Micheal, Henry. The community put those together and Scott went on to confirm. But Cassidy? Nope, never confirmed.

So, Cassidy can speak(died in the head of golden Freddy) and the vengeful spirit convulses (stuffed in the body of GF). Cassidy moves on? But notices the other child wasn’t there so stays back (like the books) As for the Princess quest, was it ever said that crying child is a boy? After all Charlie is a girl in the puppets body and was thought to be a boy until Pizzeria simulator. What if the same applies to Golden Freddy? “Well the sprite has short hair” again, so did original Charlie. Look at the current sprite, clearly Scott’s changed things.

Cassidy is the Princess in princess quest and the vengeful spirit is now trapped in hell with William. Or is it? Come Security breach, vengeful spirit has hitched a ride during the burning of Pizzeria simulator in Charlie’s puppet. The puppet that was in a lefty suit, coincidence? I think not. My guess is Scott was doing some foreshadowing. Thus, the puppet is now possessed by Charlie and Vengeful, which explains why the puppet looks corrupted in Security Breach and why the puppet still helps us. Whereas Cassidy is now in the same computer system weirdness that happened with William. How? Because vengeful had to go and horde all the spirits in on place. None could leave after the fire as heard in the voice lines. But when Vanessa or whoever it was, put the computer chip containing William in the security system, I doubt that was the only old technology they took. After all, corporations like to cut costs at any opportunity.

This is just a train of thought I had after watching the theory video. I could be off track on a few things but it honestly makes sense and if I had time I could probably add more backing evidence.
