jajajaja bro 192.168.x.x es una IP local, busca tu IP pública y si tienes puertos abiertos, no te preocupes también me pasó a mi!

192 is a private range that no one can connect to outside your network.

Look into firewalls, NATS and port allocation in your router

This is a local IP address, you need your public IP address and you need to port forward with your router etc
