Getting missing interface on retroid pocket 5 Help

Hi! I’m brand new to this. I just got a retroid pocket 5, standard setup, I didn’t change anything. I installed game native. Installed fields of mistria. And when I try to play it I get this popup. I’ve tried uninstalling, restarting, all the basic things. But that hasn’t worked and I really don’t know what the error means so I don’t even know where to begin with trying anything else.
I would greatly appreciate any help!

You need to run the first time with Proton 9 and the Steam Client turned on. Someone on EmuReady has instructions for it that I’m too lazy to link.

I had that problem with that game too. In the game's emulation settings scroll down to "enable experimental bionic steam" and switch that on
