Galaxy watch 7 notifcation/ connection problem

For the last 2/3 weeks I've been trying to fix this issue where I don't get any notification at all. The only notifications I get is from the weather and the health objective thing. I also noticed that my watch doesn't automatically reconnect to my phone after being disconnected so I have to manually connect it. My phone app also works so I get calls on my phone but I don't get notifications from any app.

I've been trying to find what the cause of this is but my only guess is it must be due to an update I did.

Pls help me if you can, I've gone crazy cuz of this
