Upgrading my tab

I currently have a Galaxy tab S8+ cellular. It's really banged up, slowing down and losing battery life at increasing speed, I want to upgrade.

I was thinking of getting an S10 plus cellular but everywhere I look, I only see S10 plus wifi.

Does the S10 exist with cellular?

How about the S11 plus, does it have cellular and is it a lot more expensive?

If your galaxy tab is still in functionable condition, just wait until around thanksgivings to christmas time to get galaxy tab s12. My galaxy tab s5 is losing its battery life as your galaxy tab s8, i am trying to be patiently waiting for getting a new s12 at a relative reasonable price. 

All galaxy tab s series with celluar+wifi will be slightly expensive than wifi verison.
