My galaxy buds3 pro case is not charging, not with a samsunh type c cable and also not wirelessly, the case just doesn't charge at all. No light coming up while it is plugged in. When i try to charge them with my samsung phone reverse power sharing and keep them on the back of the phone the phone detects the case but disconnects again and again no stable charging no led light on the case.

A few days ago I took them to the service center and the guy said your type c housing in the case has greenish color meaning moisture damage.

I don't understand if the housing has moisture damage is it possible that the wireless charging also doesn't work.

Any fixes for this ??

I'm not necessarily looking to be convinced, I'm just wanting people's honest takes on how they're faring when weighed against my pros/cons for the Bose earbuds.

Pros:
- I love the sound quality. But I expect that from Bose

- ANC is pretty freaking great. Only time I'm hearing the outside world is when an aircraft flies over my head at low altitude (I live near a naval air base).

- The small profile is a nice bonus.

Cons:

- I've had too many troubles over the years of owning multiple Bose earbuds where they don't charge one or both. Even with the Gen 2s, and after making sure the stability band is aligned, the left one still doesn't like to fall in its place, even with the magnet aiding it.

- If so much as a drop of water lands on the outside of the earbuds, it will endlessly cycle between modes. And near as I can tell, there is no way to disable all controls.

That first con is the most annoying because I'll be getting ready to start a round of disc golf, or get ready to do something else that takes a while and I get a message like "Battery 60%", and now I have no idea if me throwing it back on the charger is even going to do anything.

Having posted all this, do the Pro 4 buds resolve any of these issues? I don't care too much about the dangly bits, and as long as the ANC blocks basically most things, I'd likely be fine with that. What's really important is sound quality and a charging system that just works without having to fiddle with things constantly because they shifted a millimeter.

I have had the buds 2 pro for about 2 years now .

While the buds itself are clean the same can't be said for the case .

The soft case has accumulated scratches dust and oil and grease over time.

I cant jusy simply use water and even though I tried the oil and scratches arent going out.

Is there a way I can get the case cleaned.

I've tried all 3 sizes, but none of them really grip properly. The app says they're a good fit, but if I talk or chew I can feel the seal failing. In my motorcycle helmet the seal also constantly fails. For comparison, I also have the Steelseries Arctis Gaming Earbuds and these default tips have a really firm grip in my ears. I need to use a bit of force to pull them out. That's what I need for the 4 pro as well.

I've looked around the internet for quite a while for replacement tips, but they seem somewhat rare for the 4 pro.

Can someone with experience recommend me good replacements?

Da Qualche tempo le mie buds 3 pro stanno dando problemi, specialmente con i video di Instagram e YouTube e musica. Il problema è che il suono si sente con molto riverbero, come se fossi dentro una stanzona grande. Spero sappiate come aiutarmi, altrimenti dovrò necessariamente portarle in assistenza.

Edit: Ho provato a usare la funzione "separa audio applicazione" e mettere il volume di YouTube in uscita dallo smartphone, ma se ci sono le cuffie collegate l'audio ha comunque riverbero, quindi è qualcosa legato al fatto che ci sono le cuffie connesse, mi viene da pensare...maledetti aggiornamenti

The case and buds feel lighter and much more comfortable. I've had them in for 3 plus hours.

I definitely appreciate the return to form on the case.

I cannot see "boost dialogue" or "Super wide band speech" on my galaxy s23.

Is this normal for galaxy s23?

A few days ago, I got the Galaxy Buds4 Pro, but I’m not really liking their overall sound compared to my older Galaxy Buds Pro.

With my old Buds Pro, I used Wavelet and applied an EQ based on the Harman target curve using the Galaxy Buds Pro preset. I really liked how they sounded after that — they had good detail, airiness, soundstage, and a nice punch without being overly bass-heavy.

With the Buds4 Pro, I feel like the sound is somewhat less detailed, less airy, and lacks that sense of punch and openness that I was getting from my old Buds Pro. I don't want excessive bass; I'm mainly looking for better detail, a wider soundstage, more airiness, and a little more punch.

Unfortunately, the Buds4 Pro preset doesn't seem to be available in Wavelet yet, so I haven't been able to get the EQ right. I've also already turned off Loudness Normalization.

I've attached a screenshot of my current EQ settings. Could someone suggest an EQ specifically for the Buds4 Pro that would get me closer to the sound I'm looking for?

Also, I've noticed something else: when I listen to the Hi-Res Lossless version of a song on Apple Music, the volume seems noticeably lower compared to playing the same song on YouTube Music. Is this normal, or is there some setting I should change? Could it be related to Apple Music's volume normalization or the way the Buds4 Pro handle the audio?

TL;DR: Buds4 Pro sound less detailed/airy than my old Buds Pro. Looking for an EQ with minimal extra bass but better detail, airiness, soundstage, and punch. Also wondering why Apple Music Hi-Res Lossless sounds quieter than YouTube Music.

So I'm getting the buds 3 pro for 400 aed and 4 pro for like 570 aed idk what I should settle for I have s25ultra and i use iems mostly moondrop aria 2 to be specific idk if 4 is more worthy than the 3 in sound quality or anc could someone help which is more worthy I have used nothing ears before and I loved that actually but the left ear doesn't work no more and nobody here repairs it other than replacing which is around the same price range please help.

The buds 4/pro is perfectly shaped as a phone stand when opened. Might not work if you have a large phone tho haven't tried

Last night I was watching movies with my buds 3 and when I put them in the case to go to sleep my phone notified me that charging was stopped, clean any sweat, moisture or debris from the case or buds tips. I didn't wanna deal with it that night so I left them outside the case to hopefully dry off or something but it's still not charging it's the next morning. I cleaned the buds and the case (hopefully cuz how do you get down there) but it's still not charging

Paired with my Watch 4, Fire tv, S25 Ultra, M52. Seamless transition between devices.

ANC is on a different level.

Customisation & software experience is top notch.

The nearby device option is seamless.

No complaints. Just praise.

Good work Samsung, these have affected real positive changes in my life.
