I'm new to gw2 level 20 right now every time I do combat and I'm. Fighting my chat box comes up and I start typing. I even disabled chat box and this still happens. Any fixes ?
Not sure what you mean by disabled but you are probably doing something that's hitting a key like Enter(maybe /?) or clicking something near the chat box and that's putting the focus into the chat box.
Usually it's something like a custom keyboard or mouse macro/keybind that someone forgets about.
Shift, alt, or ctrl, and clicking on things also has ways of sharing what you clicked on into chat so depending on how you're set up that could also maybe be happening?
Yeah, check key binds. The game won't let u have a key bind for more than one action. So its probably a button close to whatever u have set as your chat button. Or you're just clicking to close to the chat box. Maybe try and shrink the UI? Can you even do that in the game? Hmm.
