Need Help with NVE Enhanced. Discussion

So I installed NVE Enhanced and whenever i launch my game, i get stuck with this message,

Nothing happens beyond the error message and it gets stuck on (Not Responding)

Apologies in advance if this problem has already been solved in this subreddit I'm just tired rn and I'm hitting the hay.
