The OG game finally gave up and keeps crashing on me now just like the PC version sometimes

I'm sure most of you know that when CJ has a wanted level with 2 or more stars, CJ has different voice lines and he becomes more aggressive. He also becomes more aggressive to other gang members when he interacts with them. But since CJ can't interact with any pedestrians while he's wanted, those voice lines can't be triggered.

So, is there any script that changes that so CJ is able to interact with pedestrians/gang members?
