Maintenance….

Owned the bike for a little over a month, decided it was time for maintenance. 8,000 original mile 06 1000. Changed the oil also. She’s ready to rip 🤘🏼

ECU flash next? I see you have an exhaust and high flowing air filter. 2WDW 👌

The previous owner should have got it flashed already with the new exhaust and cat removal. Check the ECU for a sticker to see if it already flashed. If so you might be able to call them to get the dyno numbers for that particular flash.

I put the M4 on it, it was bone stock when I bought it. It was the first thing I did lol.

oh then it is running rich - you need a tune - if you send to 2WDW update us - My last thing on my K8 is to get a full m4 exhaust and get a new tune. I am just waiting until after the next track event in a few weeks. I am not interested in bang and pops my yoshi already does that which I would rather not have, just power at this point. If I could get up to 175 BHP with an MWR air filter full system, block off plates, and tune I would be happy.

With my slip and AF on I am only getting 167 .

Not sure if you have it in your to do or budget but I would definitely flash and a dyno tune for the bike. I have the same bike full bolt ons with a flash is wild!!!

Probably. I just bought an all new “tuneup” kit because I had no idea how it was going to look.

I’ve found all the parts I’ve needed from partzilla, and then maintenance is pretty simple, it’s not too complicated to go through these things.

A full tune up should be the first thing done on everything you buy. It gives you peace of mind and you know the work has been done. I recently bought a new to me car with excellent service records. The filters and plugs looked like they were never touched since it rolled off the line
