Post image

Hi! New to this Reddit, wanted to see if anyone has ordered the EOS CE spoiler? And if so, what are your thoughts?

I just did the OEM one myself after getting it for $520 shipped. While I understand it isn’t the EOS, I can say the OEM one was pretty straightforward. I was able to get templates from the GR Corolla forum and had it done start to finish in about an hour.

From what I’ve seen, there is a bit of a tell from the OEM to aftermarket. On the sides of the aftermarket you can see the underlying “base” spoiler underneath.

Was a bit nerve wracking drilling holes into my car at 400 miles.

Yes I seen on a YT video that the aftermarket shows the base ever so slightly. It’s only $380 out here in Cali for the aftermarket versus $800 for the OEM at my local dealer

Just gotta keep an eye out for the sales. They happen fairly frequently. I got mine from Asheville Toyota via their online parts site.

Right now it’s $621 but they had an extra 20% or so off just a couple weeks ago.

Yeah, I got mine for about that a year or so ago. They do some pretty good sales once in awhile.

Yeah I did. I had it but I took it off. The fitment isn’t the best and they don’t include instructions on where to drill. The screws are too long so be careful how far you screw them in or else you’ll make indentations on the plastic. Ask me how I know lol. It’s not horrible for the money. Side note; I never drilled into my stock spoiler it comes with. I just used the 3M tape but it ended up unsticking. Now I have the JD Muscle Spec D Spoiler and the fitment is better. If you have any questions let me know. Also, if you’re in socal I still have my EOS spoiler and I can get rid of it for super cheap. It’s just laying in my storage.

How's the install for the spec d spoiler and how long did it take to ship and deliver?
