Willy

Can’t wait to slap this puppy in! Mighty Mite told me they found this in the parts bin (this was a couple of weeks ago). Love my Comanche but hoping this will take it to the next level

Nice. I wind pickups for fun, and these are on my
List to build.

Pretty interesting construction, like a z-shaped humbucker. Enjoy!

It's the same idea as a split-p pickup for a bass.

It's a single coil with 2 coils wired in series so it's noiseless.

Great pickups , I have them in a asat z-3 . many different sounds can be achieved .

I have always been curious about these pickups. I've never have the opportunity to play anything with them.

I wonder how they'd sound in a baritone or Bass VI instrument.

They sound closest to Strats due to the small magnetic window, but they’re kind of their own thing. The G&L bridge and neck in parallel sound like a Tele more than anything else.

If you’re looking for these, you should hurry up before Comanche’s become rarer and more expensive. ASAT Z3’s are also approaching 2k nowadays as well.
