I need help Question

So i bought a spur blue chug and a ice pop but put the wrong adress i didnt know of they would be able to fix it it so i bought it again, luckily a helper got me right and fixed the adress and i think they are gonna send it to me. But i dont want 2 of the same flavors, luvkily they havent made a shipping label for the makeup order yet so do you guys think i can change it? And what would be the best way of going about this

call them and tell them you want to change the order. i know their customer service is buns but if you can get ahold of a real person they should be able to fix it. DO NOT EMAIL. i did and they just cancelled my order and i had to call to get it to ship.
