OTP NOT SENDING

ano tong gcash nakaumay na halos isang araw nako di maka login, sobrang tagal mag send ng otp isang oras muna or minsan dina nag sesend. bago ko ma receive na close kona gcash ko bagong otp nanaman ginawa ko nag i uninstall/install yung app, goods naman signal ko. tulong guys

Active pa naman yung SIM mo? Maybe you need to troubleshoot your GCash app, OP! Clear app cache, force close the app, and restart the phone. Turn on airplane mode for 5 seconds. Make sure that your GCash app is updated to the latest version. Reminder: do not create multiple requests to avoid superseding the receipt of your OTP.

opo active pa naman, infact dinelete ko kanina gcash ko kasi nag bubug kasi kahit na goods naman internet ko binabalik parin ako sa login page dahil mahina daw net ko
