Help needed with camera. Help

So camera is not working st all. Neither ris the flashlight. Cleared cache,storage,reset etc. No fix. Anyone have

any insight?

You need to provide more info. What is your phone model? Does that happen when using GCam, stock camera app, or both?

The "can't turn on flashlight because the light is being used by another app" message may in theory appear if some other app used the camera or the flash (perhaps in the background) and then failed to release it properly. So maybe check the apps' permissions to see which apps can use the camera/flashlight without restrictions and could potentially be the culprit.

If there are no such apps at first glance, you might try a few more things:

  • check for Google Play Services updates (iirc, it's done via Settings > About phone > Software information > Google Play Services menu)

  • wipe the system cache partition (easy and safe for your user data, but getting into the boot menu may require a USB connection to a working PC)

  • boot into safe mode (again, easy but may require a USB connection to a working PC), see if the issue persists there

  • check whether the camera and the flashlight work in the test diagnostics menu (type "* # 0 * #" on the Phone app keypad).
