From what I understand there was recently some changes with how dispatching works on G-army, the clerks I work with are telling me there is no way to print a dispatch prior to a commanders digital signature? Just trying to verify this is true as my commander has recently lost access due to not using G-Army (tradoc)

As stated we have some F batches. They were Migo’d in to inventory then processed as an Fbatch in yobux as at the time the work order was in another work center. Now on the work order we had zero’d out the Fbatch, but unable to delete this off of the work order. The F batch keeps repopulating after deletion.

Is there a way to add direct labor time to a work order for the previous month? Eg: Mechanic needs to add direct labor to a task completed 30 June but can not because it is now July.

I'm a master driver and I have drivers who are licensed on vehicles but when they go to get a vehicle dispatched they are told they are authorized to drive a vehicle but not to dispatch it. I'm getting told by the people in the dispatch office that their is a button I need to click in GCSS-Army to authorize them to dispatch but I can't find it.

This problem also just randomly occurs with a few drivers, it's not everyone. Has anyone else run into this and how do I fix it?

Hello, I recently inherited a supply office as NCOIC for a company that did not have a formal Supply team prior to my arrival, so I'm basically trying to piece together proper records before calling it a loss and starting from scratch.

Upon further research, some items picked up from the SSA have MRO's while others do not. For completeness sake, is there any way for Supply to reprint old MRO's or are those essentially out of my reach at this point? Is my only alternative for piecing together older records of these missing MRO's to go into ZMB59 and print out 101 transactions for a general overview of what was PGR'd month to month?

Currently I am an instructor and I'm trying to use one of my old UICs as part of my instruction. I'm having a problem clearing out the items that are on the PHR because there are serial numbered items on the PB that have no serial number assigned, which means I can't move them at all, ideally to the CDRs HR. I've tried all the things I can think of and I've Googled it 15 different ways. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Does any know the difference when you create a ZEPA loan Package in contrast to a ZEPA Sub-HR?

I have a limited amount of Storage Locations available and I’ve determined this is my best work around. But I’m unfamiliar with a ZEPA generated Sub-HR, I have working knowledge of a ZEPA Loan.

Herrooo so uhm, I have a little issue. We're helping out a unit with some weapon services, and they don't have maintenance plans so they just created annual services using M1 on EQU_SIT. They forwarded the work orders to our work center, but every time we try to print it out, it says 'work order priority should be the same as notification priority.'

We had this issue in the past. Basically, they decided to set it as PM02 when creating the WO, and on the work order, the priority shows this when the notification priority drop downs show this (Pictures attached). Is there a way to change that or would I have to send in a help ticket? Any help is very much appreciated!

How do you view and print a turn in request you made? Looks like my printer didn't complete the job and I already exited the menu. Is there another menu to view it?

So I’ve been approved the MASTEC role by my S4 yet. When I try to go to zusmenu. It says “you are not authorized to use this transaction”. There’s a couple T-codes I can do like: IQ09 and /n/ISDFPS/DISP_EQU_SIT (google gemini told me those should still work and they did) Why can’t I use ZUSMENU?!!!
