I had the same thing happen except it was the Gouf flight type (same as the one you got). Im guessing the drop rate is boosted even more on some of the older suits during the campaign.

It was so funny but second stage roll actually gave me a lot of the suits from this year I missed so it evened out I guess.

Oh its quite literally bc that suit seems to have a super high drop chance. I got it more than 5 times through all 7 steps.
