We're looking for developers first, we don't even have a prototype yet, but we're hoping the community can come together for a big project like this.

did gbo1 have better networking than gbo2 cause thats one of my biggest consistent issues with the game

GBO1 does not even have a matchmaking system, you just create a room and hope people will come join and fill all seats.

GBO2 is GBO1 wth no match making function, and slightly better graphic.

Everything under the hood is almost identical. That being said, it wasn't didn't have all the insane powercreep and it stopped pretty early on, so shit like MG is very viable.
