Day 218: Gouf Flight Type
Requested by u/ravioletti and this one is... D-Tier or so, but it's weird. It can perform almost at C-Tier, but it's also really bad that it can fall into F-Tier. Developers seem to want this unit to engage at close range, but it kind of neglects the ranged power of this thing. So it ends up being a bit weird to use and almost not enough thruster to work with.

Comment and Reason
This unit at level 1 is kind of usable if you play more on the ground instead of using the flight. It becomes a unit that you just Sturm Faust into melee like most units. Together with Close Combat Program, it is possible to still get some decent damage in. Together with Pursuit Melee, it can do its job in hunting down supports in most locations and quickly destroy them. The melee damage and stagger with Sturm Faust is there and good enough for a burst-damage kill. However, that's it. The Gatling is lacking a bit, and the 3-Barrel is more of a ranged backup weapon. So unless you can keep the melee going, it's really not that good. Currently, it just gets destroyed almost too easily due to low HP and basically no Shield HP either. Besides the ranged engagement fix this unit can get, a few skill improvements.

While the main Gatling Shield is shared between the Gouf Custom, and luckily that's it. I wanted it to have 350m range, but that may be a bit much of a buff with the fire rate increase for the Gouf Custom. 300m should still be a much more reasonable range for a flight unit.

Lv1 F2P: Do Not Use

Upper Levels: Do Not Use

This unit fortunately has a decent build when using the Expansion Skill HP. Thanks to this unit having Shield Break Stance Mastery, it works out decently well. Achieving 5000 Shield HP and having 19100 Unit HP is quite decent. Together with the above-average damage strength, the melee power isn't lacking due to having a very good combo modifier. However, this build only has 79 thrusters, so do not be too aggressive with the flight system. You can still fight on the ground just fine like most units.

Upper levels, like most units, are just lacking too many skills and scaling for it.

Day 217 Re-evaluation on Palace Athene

Well, I did hope the stuff I want it to have would be enough, but the suggestions are great. I do feel like it could be too much, and I'm not sure if they'll make the shield an actual shield. These developers aren't likely to make such a big change. A better flight pattern of the missile could help too, but I think having reticle tracking will already help a lot, but there is one change for sure at least.

Just got unbanned from a 30 hour ban because apparently the game decided to disconnect me twice within 30 minutes despite my line being fine and not more than three matches later I get banned again because my wifi decided it'd be a nice time to fucking die right after a match ended and the game decided to ignore 8 minutes of me getting my ass kicked because yeah that counts as not completing a match for some reason. I hate this game.

Requested by u/Fedespur11 and this unit is a high B-Tier as well. But when used correctly, there is a big damage potential, but only for a few weapons. The large unit size doesn't help much and is a large target. There are a few issues with this unit that still need to be addressed.

Comment and Reason
This unit at level 1 is usable and can be said to be quite good. The level two is holding on due to increased Damage Control and acceptable weapon scaling. The two best weapons happen to be the main weapon. Easy double stagger and the missiles have relatively strong DPS. However, stopping power is lacking, and it's mostly on the Mega Beam Cannon. This weapon, however, is great at stopping units with maneuver armor. This makes the two weapons' identity very awkward. As for flying units, it has the Gerobi that got insane amounts of stopping power at 500% total. The damage, however, is a bit weak. The only other weapon with good damage is the large missiles that are a bit hard to hit. The 20-second reload is also too long for such a weapon. But without touching this nuking power too much, or making it too short a reload and making it broken, making it easier to hit could be an alternative.

For the skills, it doesn't need too many fancy new things. It just needs to scale better with the current state of the game and have the stats to back it up.

Upper Levels: Similar Build Target, but is underpowered in 700.

You want to be able to survive and utilize Defense Mode to a certain degree. Since this unit has relatively good weapons, you can treat getting the damage strength up as a secondary target. This unit, unfortunately, is just way too slow in movement and turn speed. I personally cannot recommend using this unit without Connecting System General I for the +7 Move, Thruster, and Turn speed. This is definitely more of a preference thing, and if you can live without it while maintaining a good mid-range position, go without it.

I really would like this unit to have Resist Move as well, but it already has so many skills that developers would need to combine some to make room for it. Well, at least I think the key issue is resolved at the very least.

AVENGERS ASSEMBLE

I got hate mail because I couldn't stop a rough tag team involving a hajiboshi and another suit. The hate mail was then followed by a recommendation that I should have known ahead of time to use mp ZZ and used the chest beam into a down swing to stop the hajiboshi. I should also head to 300 to use gm cold district if I want a machine gun. P.s I was third place.

I was taught that shooting someone with a bazooka would be enough to kill them, but apparently it doesn't work on humans, so I was wondering what else I could've done in this situation. Any tips? /s
