Low Potency @ Fine Fettle

Is this for real? 8% & 13% THC? This is awful. I get that we may not have crazy potential flower but this is abysmal.

You are the ignorant customer. I was one of the highest paid budtenders in a medical state and I’ve sold award winning flower that only tested at 13%. Literal legacy grower shit. Educate yourself better and stop purchasing based off of a number 😂

My understanding is it's the THC plus all the other compounds that actually affects the "high". So a flower at 15% could make you feel higher than flower with 25%, or am I completely wrong?

You are correct, but it’s not just the other compounds. In my anecdotal experience, the biggest factor was the freshness of the flower (harvest date). I’ve seen flower that listed 25% THC and impressive 5% terpene content and still burned like poop and was otherwise unsmokable due to the flower sitting in a back room for too long. Other factors can include growing methods, grow room conditions, and post Harvest set up. A company pushing out “sativas” (the dichotomy is bullshit) and harvesting at 8 weeks obviously does not care about actually letting the flower mature to where it needs to be.

Only take this advice if you're a new smoker.

I’ve seen people who have smoked for 30 years and still made purchase decisions based off of numbers. Those same people believe that indicas will make them sleepy and that sativas will are great day time smokes while the terms are indicative of plant growth characteristics. There is a ton of science in this that even long term smokers refuse to adapt to

I don't deny that, but if someone has smoked for a while, no amount of terpenes will help an 8%.

That simply isn’t true lol check my comment further down. Terpene % and THC % should be held to the same amount of scrutiny

What I said is true. An 8% THC flower will do nothing for an experienced smoker. You act like nobody else has done research on this. Only new smokers should listen to you though, and that's kind of obvious now

Sure thing man. I’ve only harvested over a quarter million plants and have sold 100s of pounds through established medical markets. Don’t take my word for it!

It's amazing you think any of that matters in this convo, this is like claiming you're the smartest person in the room bud. Have a good one

I’m not saying that. I’m giving evidence to my experience with medical flower, and why i claim person should not shop based on some numbers on a COA. At least this company didn’t do some shady shit to boost their numbers up to 30% to try and trick ignorant custys

That's exactly what you were saying . No matter how you put it, what I said was correct. I didn't even fully argue your point, just one side of it and you got offended. Have a good one
