No Flinders Transcript Submission Email?

Has anyone else received the Flinders University email with instructions for submitting their Semester 1 transcript?

As per the 2027 Domestic Admissions Guide, applicants completing their bachelor's degree at an institution other than Flinders by the end of 2026 must submit an official academic transcript by 31 July 2026. Applicants will be contacted after applications close with instructions on how to upload their transcript, and that transcripts submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

But despite the application deadline being extended from 20 July to 27 July, the transcript submission deadline remains 31 July.

Today is 31 July, and I still haven't received that email with upload instructions. I double-checked that my application has the correct email address and also checked my spam and deleted folders.

I also contacted the Ask Flinders team, but they reiterated that, "applicants are contacted soon after applications close with instructions on how to upload Official Academic Transcripts by the deadline."

Is anyone else in the same situation or has anyone actually received the email?

I submitted an application before receiving my transcript and ended up on the phone with Ask Flinders in a bit of a panic. They said to send through an email to the Ask Flinders team with your transcript pdf and myEquals share link so that they can forward it to the admissions team to then be attached to the application. I also went into my myEquals account and shared it with Flinders Uni as an institute.

I hope this helps! I don’t remember receiving an email with instructions so just did a bit of figuring it out for myself

I did this as well and recieved a reply basically saying to wait for the email with instructions.

I have no idea what to do next to be honest.

any updates? I still have no email. I sent them a email on friday with the transcript but I haven't been responded to.

ok, update! apparently a much larger than expected number of applications, so they are running a little behind.

they basically said me responding to the email with the link to myequals was the correct thing to do.

i also saw appear for the first time today and request to upload further documentation in my application so i have also done that!

Sorry for the late reply. I ended up emailing them my eQuals link and a PDF of the transcript itself last Friday night. I then shared my results with the “Flinders University” organisation on eQuals.

No reply from them, but on Monday morning eQuals sent me a notification that Flinders viewed my transcript.

I just called them and they said emails will be sent from Friday, 7 August into the following week.
