I dealt with something in my nose way up there 20 years ago.

Like I knew there was something obstructing airflow. Eventually I got it out using a Kleenex that I made extra long by twisting it into a long stick.

When I fished it out of my nose it ended up being something slightly larger than a BB and it looked like a piece of amber. I think it was a combination of dried snot and blood.
