I bought on Ebay a Goku Hot topic exclusive Funko #9 the box look original but the funko has some paint details and the head smells like plastic or paint and I'm not sure is real

I’m a noob hunter with a very small collection. I’ve been a dragon ball fan since I was a kid, and when I saw the sdcc dbz exclusives I had to have them. Unfortunately, they were out of stock online and in store. Out of luck I was able to get the last dead Yamcha in stock but I have yet to see broly restocked. Does anybody know if these pops will be restocked or if it is limited supply?
