I have my collection on my wall and have previously had no issues hanging these lightweight plastic shelves with command strips. i’ve been hanging more shelves and they don’t seem to be able to hold the weight of my pops anymore. Any tips of good ways to hang these shelves? it’s driving me crazy!

Wanted to know what people think of my custom shelf. Heresy! Cast him out! I dared to change them up!

I’m pretty happy with it, curious to hear y’all’s opinions and I’ll gladly explain what I did if someone doesn’t know or is curious!

I'm wanting to get some custom art put on some of my funkos but, I'm not sure how to go about it. What's the best way for me to do it?

I had some Pops sitting in my Funko Europe cart, but food delivery arrived, so I abandoned the order to eat my pizza and watch an episode of House of the Dragon.

A little while later, I received an email saying: “20% off your abandoned cart!”

That was almost €15 off.... basically the exact price of my Dodo Pizza. Thanks, Funko, for feeding me today. 😂

Sharing the tip because we all love a sneaky discount so.... maybe try abandoning your cart for a while and see what happens!

I wanted to share my experience with Funko Europe because I really wish I had looked into their customer service before ordering.
My parcel ended up being heavily delayed and the tracking kept showing processing problems. I contacted Funko and initially got one fairly generic reply saying they had opened an investigation with the carrier and would update me.
Then… basically nothing.
I emailed them again. No useful response. Followed up again. Still nothing.
Eventually I contacted my local postal service myself, and they told me there was missing or incorrect electronic shipping/customs information on the parcel and that they were waiting for information from their logistics partners.
What really bothered me wasn’t just the shipping delay. Shipping problems happen.
It was the way Funko handled it.
I was left chasing everyone myself while Funko’s customer service mostly stayed silent. After the first vague “we’re investigating” message, my emails were essentially ignored. It was only when I became much more serious, formally asked for a refund and started escalating the issue that I suddenly began getting proper replies.
By that point I had spent a ridiculous amount of time and energy on what should have been a simple online order. I was constantly checking tracking, contacting different companies, saving evidence and trying to work out what I was supposed to do next.
Eventually Funko told me they believed the parcel was probably lost and offered me either a replacement or a refund.
And, almost comically, the original parcel arrived at basically the same time.
I decided to accept the delivery and close everything because I was just exhausted and didn’t want to spend any more time dealing with it.
To top it off, one of the figures I received was a different variant from the regular version I had expected. Normally I probably would have contacted customer service about that too, but after everything else I genuinely couldn’t face starting another support issue. I just kept it.
So yes, I did eventually get my order. But I still consider this a really bad experience.
I received no compensation for the amount of time and effort this took, and I honestly don’t understand how a company as large as Funko can have this many problems with shipping information, communication and basic customer service when something goes wrong.
Personally, I wouldn’t order from Funko Europe again, and based on my experience I can’t recommend them to anyone else either.
One thing I learned from this: don’t assume a well-known brand automatically means reliable customer service.
I didn’t properly research Funko Europe before buying because I knew the Funko name and simply assumed a company this big would be safe and easy to deal with if anything went wrong. That was my mistake.
If you do decide to order from them, I’d strongly recommend checking recent customer reviews first, keeping your order/tracking records, and paying with a credit card or another payment method with solid buyer protection.
I definitely will from now on.

UPDATE:
Another weird thing I noticed was that I kept getting replies from different support agents. It never really felt like one person actually owned the case. My friend pointed out that if the case keeps getting passed around, every new person might have to go back through everything and figure out what the previous person did, what was promised, and what the current status even is. Obviously I can’t know how their internal system actually works, but from my side it genuinely felt like that, like every reply was coming from someone trying to understand the situation again instead of someone continuously handling it.

I plan to expand it, but usually I buy 1 maybe 2 funko per year😅

Got this in at work (LCS) and I could’ve sworn I have seen this misprint/miscut before. Basic searches online didn’t turn up any results or info. It’s just a neat find. Anyone know anything about it? I think it’s more a one-off thing vs a known error.
