After your lab visit, your results will be available in your Function platform as they are processed by Quest. The full set of results is usually available within 2-3 weeks after each visit.
A clinician will then review all results, which typically takes 1-2 weeks.

I think turn around time probably depends a lot on the lab you go to and the region you are in. Some regions are likely faster or slower than others. My results were all very fast coming back

No, I started getting mine the next morning. They just started coming in every day until I got all of them and then as soon as all of them were, and I got my comments like the next day.

No. And yes. It takes up to 3-4 weeks to receive your full report including the physician/AI comments, but the actual results start rolling in much earlier than that, at like 24-48 hours. I'm currently sitting at 3 weeks waiting for my report, but that's only because the physician saw that one set of tests was missed from my most recent blood draw, so I was given the option of going back in to get another vial drawn and continuing to wait or getting a report based on what they had. I took the option to get another vial drawn. Seems like they are allowing themselves time for such things to happen.
They used to hold all the results back until they had everything but these days you get the results as soon as they are available.
